Rockstone Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver life sciences projects, from conception to completion. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure compliance with industry standards, all while driving innovation and excellence in project execution.

• Manage full project lifecycle, from planning and initiation to execution and closeout.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, automation, and validation, to meet project objectives.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards (GxP, FDA, EMA) and client specifications.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality and compliance throughout.
• Prepare project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and post-project reviews.

• 5+ years of experience managing projects in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industries.
• Strong knowledge of automation, CQV, or operational readiness is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including GxP and FDA/EMA guidelines.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
