Rockstone Engineering is seeking a dynamic Business Development Lead to drive growth and expand our footprint in the life sciences industry. In this strategic role, you’ll identify new opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and develop tailored solutions that align with our mission of enabling Industry 4.0 transformation for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences sectors.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized proposals and solutions for clients.
• Lead client presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in life sciences or engineering.
• Strong understanding of automation, CQV, and operational readiness services in the life sciences sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
